When an app is new and hasn't been downloaded by many people yet, Windows plays it safe: it shows a caution screen until it learns to recognize the app — even when nothing is wrong with it. Sayzo for Windows is still going through that recognition process, so you'll see the screen once, the first time you install.
On Mac this doesn't happen — Apple's verification of Sayzo is already complete, so the app opens without any warnings. The same verification for Windows is in progress, and once it's done this screen disappears for everyone.
Clicking More info → Run anyway is safe when:
- You downloaded it from sayzo.app — this site.
- The file is named exactly
sayzo-setup.exe.
Quick answers
I clicked “Don’t run” — did I break something?
Not at all. Open sayzo-setup.exe again from your Downloads folder, and this time click More info, then Run anyway.
I can’t find the download
Look in your Downloads folder. In most browsers, pressing Ctrl + J also opens a list of your recent downloads.
My antivirus flagged the file
That's the same caution Windows shows: the file is new, so security tools play it safe. Check that you downloaded it from sayzo.app and that it's named exactly sayzo-setup.exe. If your antivirus removed it, download it again from this page.
There’s no “Run anyway” button
Some computers — usually work machines — have stricter settings that don't allow apps Windows doesn't recognize yet. If it's a work computer, your IT team can install Sayzo for you. We're finishing Windows' recognition process, so this restriction will stop applying.
Will I see the caution screen every time?
No — only the first time you install. And once Windows finishes recognizing Sayzo, it won't appear for anyone.
Does Sayzo listen to everything I say?
No. Sayzo joins the work calls you choose, and after each one you can review what it picked out before anything becomes part of your coaching.
Which computers does it work on?
Windows 10 or newer, and Macs running macOS 14.4 or newer.
Uninstalling
Remove it the same way you'd remove any other app, through your apps list in Windows Settings, or by dragging it from Applications to the Trash on macOS.
Not ready yet?
Sayzo needs the desktop companion to bring your real conversations in. You can still open the web app to sign in and look around. Open Sayzo.
